What we count when we report
Access: distinct learners, live hours delivered, attendance, and repeat support. Skills: private readiness demonstrations and completed artifacts. Outcomes: projects shipped and voluntary career follow-up, reported with denominators and limits — teaching activity is never presented as an employment result.
The first reporting period is set when the first cohort has a start date; the target date is published here, not before.Our reporting rules
- Every number has a definition, owner, reporting period, source, and verification date.
- Participant stories require informed permission and can be withdrawn from future publication.
- Small groups are protected when details could identify someone.
- Unknown history stays unknown; a missing baseline is never displayed as zero.
- We distinguish what we delivered from what changed afterward.
What we will not claim yet
Each line names its unlock evidence. These entries move into the ledger above only after that evidence exists.
- Employment outcomes. Unlock: voluntary, dated learner follow-up with denominators.
- Testimonials and stories. Unlock: informed written permission, revocable, in the speaker’s own words.
- Historical totals from earlier program years. Unlock: source records with definitions and date ranges a reviewer could re-check.
- Learners served, hours delivered. Unlock: the first cohort actually running, with attendance records.
