Learning community agreement

Practice with patience, privacy, and respect.

Everyone learns at a different pace. We expect learners, mentors, and guests to protect one another’s ability to ask questions, make mistakes, and try again.

  1. Explain without shaming. Repetition is part of the program.
  2. Use safe sample data. Never place another person’s private information into an AI tool without authorization.
  3. Check important claims and label uncertainty.
  4. Credit sources and collaborators. Do not present generated or copied work as personal experience.
  5. Use evaluation methods to find weaknesses, not to manipulate scores or deceive people.
  6. Respect accessibility needs, names, backgrounds, service experiences, and family roles.
  7. Stop and ask when an action could affect money, employment, health, legal rights, accounts, or live systems.

Participation, reporting, appeal, and removal procedures travel with each cohort’s enrollment packet — no one joins without them in hand. Safety concerns can be sent to support@patriotwebsolutions.org.
