Learning community agreement
Practice with patience, privacy, and respect.
Everyone learns at a different pace. We expect learners, mentors, and guests to protect one another’s ability to ask questions, make mistakes, and try again.
- Explain without shaming. Repetition is part of the program.
- Use safe sample data. Never place another person’s private information into an AI tool without authorization.
- Check important claims and label uncertainty.
- Credit sources and collaborators. Do not present generated or copied work as personal experience.
- Use evaluation methods to find weaknesses, not to manipulate scores or deceive people.
- Respect accessibility needs, names, backgrounds, service experiences, and family roles.
- Stop and ask when an action could affect money, employment, health, legal rights, accounts, or live systems.
Participation, reporting, appeal, and removal procedures travel with each cohort’s enrollment packet — no one joins without them in hand. Safety concerns can be sent to support@patriotwebsolutions.org.
