Terms of use

These terms govern use of the Patriot Web Solutions website. Program enrollment, paid services, donations, and third-party tools may require additional terms presented before you commit.

Educational information

Website material is general educational information. AI systems can produce incomplete, incorrect, or outdated results. Learners and visitors remain responsible for checking information and using qualified professional advice for legal, medical, financial, employment, safety, or other consequential decisions.

Learning programs

Published schedules, eligibility, fees, equipment requirements, recording practices, and cohort capacity apply only when expressly confirmed for a specific offering. Planning ranges are not guaranteed completion dates. Participation does not guarantee a job, income, certification, mastery date, or platform approval.

Custom AI services

A project begins once a written scope identifies deliverables, responsibilities, data handling, third-party services, fees, support, acceptance, intellectual property, and cancellation or refund terms. Examples on this site are not automatic service promises. AI output requires testing and appropriate human review.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the site or its services to violate law, invade privacy, bypass authorization, distribute malware, deceive others, interfere with systems, or submit information you have no right to provide. Learning about evaluation failures and “cheating” means detecting leakage and misleading tests, not cheating people or exploiting live systems.

Content and third-party services

Site content may be used for personal learning unless a different license is shown. Logos, project materials, participant work, and third-party content retain their applicable rights. Links and integrations may be operated by other providers under their own terms and privacy notices. Reference to a provider, military branch, employer, Google, or OpenAI does not imply endorsement.

Availability and changes

We may correct errors, update material, protect the service, or change future offerings. Existing customer, donor, order, or account obligations are not erased by a website redesign. Contact support@patriotwebsolutions.org about the terms that apply to an earlier transaction.
