Partners
Hire, mentor, host, or fund the work.
A learning community runs on more than learners. Employers meet candidates with evidence; mentors and hosts give the hours their patience is worth; donors fund instruction they can audit.
For employers
The program is built so learners finish with artifacts, not just certificates: checked workflows, documented skills with test cases, and one truthful case study. The standard behind those artifacts is public:
“Explain it in your own words. Do it on a fresh example. Handle one variation. Privately, untimed, repeated until solid — a NO-GO means we retrain, not that you failed.”
| Skill area | Supports applications for |

Interview a cohort, scope a work-based project, or tell us what evidence hiring actually needs — use the contact form’s “Employer / workforce partnership” topic.
Mentors and accessibility practitioners
Patient practitioners — developers, analysts, testers, technical writers, accessibility specialists — can host an hour, review learner work, or pair on the harder repeats. Roles, screening, supervision, data access, and time commitments are defined in writing before anyone participates.
Offer an hour: use the contact form’s “Volunteer or mentor” topic and name the skill you’d bring.
Community organizations
Veteran-serving organizations, libraries, schools, and employers around Killeen and Fort Hood: we partner on space, referrals, and shared programming where the fit is real. Bring a focused problem and it may also become a supervised learning build — see how custom work starts.
